We are the Ontario Colleges Retirees’ Association (OCRA), established in 2001 to support the interests of our members.
Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
General
OCRA respects your privacy and complies with all legislative requirements regarding its protection. We will never share your personal information with any outside parties.
Your personal information will be used only for the express purpose for which it was given. If at any point, you wish your personal information to be removed from our records, simply contact us and let us know.
When visitors use our site we track each visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to improve security and performance and help spam detection.
Release of Personal Information
The Ontario Colleges Retirees’ Association (OCRA) shall not disclose personal information in its custody or under its control except:
- for the purpose for which it was obtained or compiled;
- where the person to whom the information relates has identified that information in particular and has consented to its disclosure;
- for the purpose of complying with an Act of the Legislature, an Act of Parliament or a Court Order;
- in compassionate circumstances, to facilitate contact with the next of kin or a friend of an individual who is injured, ill or deceased.
